About Me
Hi I’m Matt and I trained with the Fire & Earth Massage Academy in 2019, qualifying with a level 3 diploma in sports massage therapy and have just completed my Level 4 Sports massage. Having been trained by existing Fire & Earth therapists, I have been given an insight into the passion and desire to help people through sports massage, as well as the technical skill of therapy.
Alongside learning these skills I am continuously aiming to expand upon to my own knowledge and combine this with my passion for sports. My real passion is football, I have been playing at various levels for 25 years, currently I play for a local football team. Over the years I have become more and more interested in anatomy and how massage can be so beneficial in keeping the muscular skeletal system in working order! Now I want to help you to keep doing the sport you love- football or otherwise.
Another area of interest for me is postural alignment. Having struggled through life with postural issues myself, I have first hand experience of how much of a positive impact deep tissue massage can have. I now aim to pass on as much knowledge from my own experiences as possible to help you so you can live a comfortable pain free life!
